According to this post, Dell doesn't use any vendor specific attributes so you can go for Vendor: IETF.
If there would have been a Dell dictionary, you probably should have enabled it first under Administration -> Dictionaries -> RADIUS. Only specific vendors are enabled there to keep the Vendor drop-down menu clean.

Subject: Clearpass - "Dell" is not listed among vendors when adding a device
I'm adding some Dell switches to Clearpass for TACACS access (Configure => Network => Devices) and found that "Dell" isn't listed in the "Vendor" dropdown menu. The specific devices are Dell EMC S5232F-ON, S5248F-ON and S3048-ON. I believe the OS they use is Force10 (DNOS 9.x).
Has anyone added similar Dell switches to Clearpass? If so, which vendor selection was used?
Thanks!
