ClearPass unable to leave domain

    Hi,

    I would like to join the clearpass to new domain server, I tried to leave the old domain but somehow the clearpass prompt an error (see attachement). What could possibly cause the error?

    is the domain up and running?
    you can always use "Leave domain even if AD is Down" option to disassociate ClearPass from this AD.

    the primary domain is down, but the secondary domain is up and running.
