    Hi all,

I've run into the issue where I cannot list / install Extentions in ClearPass Guest:

I tried to restart the Extentions Service, but this does not solve the issue. The user I logged on with has 'Super Administrator' privileges. I also tried the local Administror account (also has 'Super Administrator' privileges).

    Running ClearPass on version 6.10.1.181134.
Does anyone ever encountered the same issue?

Can you check under (Policy Manager) Administration » Agents and Software Updates » Software Updates that you have registered your HPE Passport for updates?
Does Event Viewer tell you something?
Or the ClearPass Guest Application Log (Administration » Support » Application Log)?
