    Hi All,

I am facing an issue where a client does not re-authenticate after re-authing successfully X times. I've set the Radius:IETF:Session-Timeout to 10800 seconds (3 hours) for this Enforcement Profile. This works in most cases, but some Windows 10 clients stop re-authenticating after X successful auths. No log is shown in the Access Tracker:

The Windows 10 client(s) that stop working are not in sleep mode and are in use when this issue occurs. Has anyone experienced this issue before and know how to tweak this?

Hi cjoseph, your answer seems to be applicable to ArubaOS for wireless (?). My issue has to do with ClearPass Policy Manager / Dell Switch / Windows 10 Client(s).

Reauthentication is something that your switch initiates. On most switches you can check the authentication status on a port or for a device and see the remaining session time. It may be good to get Dell support involved to troubleshoot your switch.
