AFAIK ip routing is enabled by default on 6100s.
here is  the user guide for it

the user guide did not show any inter vlan routing configuration,
my setup is on one CX 6100 :

    vlan 20: 192.168.20.1/24 on port 2
    vlan 30: 192.168.30.1/24 on port 3

we need both vlan able to ping each other,
anyone can help on this, Thank you

there is no command to enable ip routing in these switches, it should just work assuming 192.168.20.1 and 30.1 are configured on the 6100 switch.
can you post your switch config?

If you assigned 192.168.20.1/24 to the switch interface Vlan20 and 192.168.30.1/24 to the switch interface Vlan30, then check the following on your host PCs connected to the switch:

    1. A PC connected to a switch port assigned as Access port to Vlan20 must have IP address from the range 192.168.20.2-192.168.20.254, subnet mask 255.255.255.0 and default gateway set to 192.168.20.1
    2. 1. A PC connected to a switch port assigned as Access port to Vlan30 must have IP address from the range 192.168.30.2-192.168.30.254, subnet mask 255.255.255.0 and default gateway set to 192.168.30.1

If so, from a PC connected to Vlan 20 ping 192.168.20.1. If you see replies, then ping 192.168.30.1. If this ping is successful too, then inter-VLAN routing works. In this case if ping from PC in Vlan 20 to a PC in Vlan 30 fails, then it might be a host firewall on the PC in Vlan 30 that blocks incoming ICMP echo packets.

i have setup my laptop ip to be vlan 20/vlan 30 and gateway to be 192.168.20.1/192.168.30.1
connected to port 2 and port 3 of CX 6100, but, i am not able to ping the gateway.

below is my CX 6100 config:

    Any idea, Thank you.

Ports 1/1/2 and 1/1/3 expect tagged frames in VLAN 20 and 30. I bet your PCs connected on those ports don't tag their traffic and send untagged frames. Which end up in the native VLAN 1

exactly as Ivan mentioned. you can quickly just for test, make VLAN 20 and 30 as native VLANs on 1/1/2 and 1/1/3 respectively and you'll see you can ping through.
