    Hello,

how can I use scp or sftp from a host to download the configuration file of a CX 6100 switch?

edit: I forgot to mention that I have ssh enabled and I can ssh with a pubkey into the switch. I have it configured on all other (old HP) switches.

But when I run the scp or sftp, I don't get a file (nor error).

    thanks in advance!

As far as I know, AOS-CX can be a scp client, but not an scp server. There is a feature request here that you can vote on. If you don't have access, your Aruba partner or local Aruba SE can vote for you.

Check a similar post here and here for alternatives.

    Thank you!,

    so there's no scp/sftp server.

Took a look at those threads, and then it occurred to me that I could try ssh +  pipe to a file, and that worked...
