Upgrades are described in the Release Notes, including required intermediate steps.
In order to run Aruba Airwave, you would need to have or purchase/upgrade to an Aruba Airwave License. I'm not sure about the upgrade steps, but could imagine that backups from Dell Airwave to Aruba Airwave may work. Your local Aruba Sales team or Aruba partner can probably support you in this migration/upgrade.
