Hi, I've been through many posts regarding the threshold settings and can't seem to find these exact issue.
See attachment, I have the Minutes Down Threshold set to 15 minutes (I've also tried 20 and 30 minute thresholds) and when an access point comes down after 15 minutes I get the notification and that is great, what I want but then I will get the down notification every 5 minutes after that. I would like to get the initial at 15 minutes (or whatever I choose) and then only get notified for that threshold going forward. It seems to default to 5 minutes after the initial 15.
I've tried selecting Yes on Suppress Until Acknowledge, sometimes I don't get anything or I get the initial and then nothing after, which would seem like that is working correctly. Am I missing a getting somewhere...I would only like the notification at 15 minute increments.
