Controllerless Networks

Hello, I have a location I'm trying to learn.  There are a few SSID's that appear to be getting DHCP from the controller but for the life of me I can't figure out where in the console to see the scopes/setup.  They aren't under 'DHCP'.  Is there another location I'm missing for this config  option?

Is this managed by Central, Airwave, or just IAP VC itself?

See below for location of the settings. Depending on the UI your looking at (Old vs New) you will find it in those locations.
