We replaced all switches for an ISD a few months ago and their old PA/Bell system worked perfectly fine. Now they have installed a new system by "Front Row", and when an announcement or bell rings, it crackles/generally isn't super clear.  Their support has told us that what they do is add a header (or something to the header) that allows the system to work, and its all based on unicast.  We did a packet capture, and it is showing two packets for every packet being sent on that network, which according to them must be coming from something on the network. I cannot fathom what would be doing this, anyone have any ideas?  The core is a 6300m SFP+ and all access are 6200, stacked where there are more than one switch.

Could we get the wireshark snippet of the duplicates? Curious of the Source Mac.

How about the Front Row system? How is it connected to the network?

A hub is what is coming to mind .. any chance something in the network acts like a hub device
