Hi and hope all of you have a wonderful day .

I have an issue with certificate for AAA Authentication (802.1x ) for our employee Wlan profile , before days it was expired in our controller Aruba 3400 ( version 6.4.4.23 ) . and we renew it by the following steps :

1- generate CSR , filling the necessary information ( csr type rsa , key length 1024 ,common name .... etc ) .

2- after generating CSR , we send it to third party CA for validation .

3- third party CA send the certificate , and we upload it in crt extension as servercrt  .

4- updating the new cert in the employee Wlan profile .

yet it still not working and nobody can connect , can any anyone guide on hoe to troubleshoot the issue

    thanks in advance

were you doing any EAP termination on the controller?

generally the EAP certificate needs to be on the RADIUS server
