I had an issue previously where AP305C did not connect at AT power from HP Procurve 2920

    The solution was:

    https://ewouddenbreeijen.nl/net-posts/poe-issues-aruba-switches-and-powered-device/

    no lldp config <interface(s)> dot3TlvEnable poeplus_config

I now have same APs connected to Aruba 6300M (which is running very different OS, Aruba CX, so the commands are totally different)

    Same issue:

    MB-LG-DH-Mid#sh system led
    Brightness configuration: soft

    System LED status:
    No Led Colour Blinking
    ---------------------------------------------------------
    1 Power Off No blinking
    2 Status White Slow blinking

    https://extreme-networks.my.site.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000072411

White, Slow-blinking: The device has a CAPWAP connection to ExtremeCloud IQ, but is operating on 802.3af power instead of 802.3at power.

    MB-LG-DH-Mid#sh system power mode
    System Power Mode: Auto/AF

    MAX tx/rx chains: 4X4

As there were no takers here

    The solution is very simple

    On interface in question use:

    power-over-ethernet allocate-by class
