    I have trouble finding the serial number (switch HP 1820 J9984A), there is no box, and I can't find the serial number information on the unit and I can't enter the cli (connection refused), is there any other solution?

    Odd that it's not easier, but per this article it's visible in the support output under Diagnostics --> Support File (for firmware versions PT.1.14 or later.)
