As far as I know, these functions only read/pull information and are built-in to ClearPass Guest mostly for internal use, so don't support your own. I have not seen a full list of all possible functions, but many are used in forms/fields, so you can have a look there.
You can update endpoint information through an Entity Update authentication profile during the authentication.
