HA between active/standby controllers

    Hi, i need your expert advice regarding High Availability in Aruba Controllers. We are currently implementing VRRP between 2 controllers (active/standby) through switch. Is it recommended to connect aruba controllers directly also using ethernet/fiber cable to acheive better high availability. I shall be looking forward to your reposnse. Thanks.

    Hi,

    no, don't connect them directly, that would not increase availability. Only connect the WLC to switches and then place them in the same VLAN, so they can form the VRRP
