    show interface port-utilization should show you that.

    You can't see the available bandwidth that your ISP provides you with. A switch can only see bandwidth or throughput on its layer 2 interfaces, not what is possible elsewhere. For instance, your ISP may give you a gigabit port for handover but only routes your WAN traffic with 100 Mbit/s.
