    we have a testing switch and a production switch. They are same model(3810M) and same firmware. A production switch has previous commands running in site and testing switch is new. Two Switches was configured with same SNMPv3 command and added same network. Testing switch is SNMPv3 successful but production switch isn't SNMP successful.

    Could you help how to solve this issues if you know? I'd like to know blocking what type of command to be successful SNMP on production switch.

    do you have check the log ? no ACL for limit access to the switch ?
