CUANDO LE DOY A CONTROL + B NO ME FUNCIONA, LE EXPLICO MI CASO, YO ACEDIA POR LA INTERFACE WEB PERO BORRE SIN QUERER LOS ARCHIVOS (jg925a-cmw520-r1115.bak.bin) ENTRE OTROS QUE ESTABAN EN LA LISTA, AHORA EL SWICTH SE QUEDA PARPADIANDO EL LED DE ENCENDIDO Y CUANDO LE CONECTO UN CABLE UTP NO HACE NADA, OK LOGRE CONECTARME POR CONSOLA, PERO NO OBEDECE LOS COMANDOS, POR QUE CUANDO ESTA INICANDO LE DOY A CONTROL + B, Y me sale (El programa de aplicación no existe) QUE PUEDO HACER?

¿Hay alguna forma física de restablecer el 1920 sin CLI o web?

    Gracias.

    Google Translated

WHEN I GIVE CONTROL + B IT DOES NOT WORK FOR ME, I EXPLAIN MY CASE TO HIM, I ACCESSED THROUGH THE WEB INTERFACE BUT I DELETED THE FILES WITHOUT WANTING (jg925a-cmw520-r1115.bak.bin) AMONG OTHERS THAT WERE ON THE LIST, NOW THE SWICTH THE POWER LED STAYS BLINKING AND WHEN I CONNECT A UTP CABLE IT DOES NOT DO ANYTHING, OK I CAN CONNECT THROUGH THE CONSOLE, BUT IT DOES NOT OBEY THE COMMANDS, BECAUSE WHEN IT IS STARTING I GIVE IT A CONTROL + B, AND I GET IT (The application program does not exist) WHAT CAN I DO?

Is there a physical way to reset the 1920 without CLI or web?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I believe you have deleted the image file or software file is corrupted.

To recover you need to follow bootware menu which comes via CTRL+B only.

Are you getting below option while powering on the switch:

    System is starting...
Press Ctrl+D to access BASIC-BOOTWARE MENU
    Booting Normal Extend BootWare
    The Extend BootWare is self-decompressing.....................Done!

    Greetings

It won't let me get there as I mentioned, when I hit Ctrl + B, it tells me (The application program doesn't exist), if there is another way I would appreciate it.

    Hello @LUIS4

Sorry cant help here much because switch is not reaching to bootware menu. This seems switch flash is corrupted which might required either remote diagnosis or replacement of the switch. Thats why requested to log a case with support.

    Thanks!
