IAP 315 ethernet port speed

    I have a IAP315 connected to a TP-Link ER605.  The port speed is set to Auto, but is only working at 100 Mbps.  It will not go to 1000 Mbps.  I attempted to force it to 1000 Mbps on the TP link , but the link is still at 100.  Is there a way to change the speed setting on the IAP315?

    According to my web search the TP-Link should be able to communicate by a Gig ETH.

    By Default the AP is doing auto.

    Have you checked the passive cabling as well? Could be an issue on that site.
