IMC "Auto Backup Plan" does not work and there is no information in "Backup History Report"

    Good afternoon, my iMC PLAT 7.3 (E0710P03) has stopped working "Auto Backup Plan".

    The lack of information in the "Backup History Report" is expressed as problematic


    Before that, "Auto Backup Plan" had been working for a year.

    Restarting the imccfgbakdm daemon did not help.

    In the file imccfgbakdm.2024-07-03.txt I noticed a rather suspicious behavior

    Please let me know how it can be fixed and what caused it.

    Hello,

    what is the type of the affected devices? There is known issue in E0710P03 with PVOS devices (Procurve).

    Please note the E0710P04 is already released on the ASP portal and fixes a lot of issues related to backup/deployment plans

    yes this problem has been fixed, please upgrade to IMC 7,3 710P04 and read the relevant knowledgebase articles.
