IMC does not receive SNMPv3 traps

    Hello,

    We have migrated our switches from SNMPV1/2 to SNMPv3 ONLY, including the traps format.
    Since then we are not receiving any trap anymore in IMC.

    Below are the trap receiver configuration for the 3 types of switchOS that we have.

    ArubaOS-CX
    snmp-server host 10.10.99.52 trap version v3 user SnmpV3User

    ComWare 5
    snmp-agent target-host trap address udp-domain 10.10.99.52 params securityname SnmpV3User v3 privacy

    ComWare 7
    snmp-agent target-host trap address udp-domain 10.10.99.52 params securityname SnmpV3User v3 privacy

    What could be the reason for this. Is there any special configuration in IMC to allow the reception of the v3 trap format. Obviously the V3 user define in the switches matches the one define in IMC

    Looking for more information about getting IMC to receive SNMPv3 traps.

    The issue is solved.
    After the trap change, I had to restart the SNMP agent, or reboot the swithes.
