iMC disable TLS 1.0/1.1 not working

    Hello,

    We are working on securing our iMC installation. We have version iMC Plat 7.3 (E0706) but are still getting flagged for TLS 1.0/1.1 being active on our Nessus scan despite following the guide to disable TLS 1.0/1.1 (https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=a00120095en_us). 

    We have done the following
    1) Disabled TLS 1.0/1.1 in the server registry, only TLS 1.2 is enabled
    2) updated the qvdm.conf file to include the "usetls = true"
    3) access is only via HTTPS, no HTTP

    System is on Server 2019 and SQL Express 14.0.2042.3 and both are fully updated/patched.


    What are we missing for why iMC would still be advertising TLS1.0/1.1 as available?
