    Hello,

    That error means the NTA components failed to load for some reason. Do you have some more details about the issue? When did it start, and what was done before it happened? Can you share screenshots from the Deployment Monitoring Agent showing the Process, Deploy and Environment tabs?

    Hello i have same problem

     
    After Upgrade from PLAT 7.3 (E0708P02) to PLAT 7.3 (E0708P03) IMC GUI shows warning failed to load components during the system start up
    Failed to load components during the system start up:
     
    Component name: iMC Platform - Report Management
    Reason: Execute db script "1_iMC-REPORT_install_script.bat" of report view error.
    Remedy: Please contact technical support.

    In many cases the reason can be, that version of the component is not compatible with the version of iMC base modules. Check release notes and component versions.

    Looks like NTA has problem connecting to the database. Check jserver process status. Maybe database startup was not completed or has some other issues. Use deployment gui to check the processes. 

    Another reason can be that version of NTA is not compatible with iMC version you are running. Check release notes and if needed deploy new version of NTA.
