Impossible to connect from iap web ui

    Hello, it is impossible to connect to the administration interface of my AP-505 when I am not actually next to it. Is there a special configuration to allow connection to the terminals? Do I have to connect in admin mode from the 5GHZ frequency band?

    Do you have an idea?

    Hi Vincen.

    If you didn't explicitly blocked it in firewall rules or in role settings, there should be no problem connecting to the APs GUI interface from wired or wireless network. 

    Check on SSID role settings or your user role settings if you have a rile like this or similar.
