    Hello,

    I have a bit of problem when deploying Aruba AP 505, currently i deploy 104 AP on a single virtual controller, the issue that been raised is the user is complaining always getting disconnect from MS teams and SSH connection always getting timeout error when using the WiFi. i know there's a previous threads about this but as i read about previous post, they all getting fixed after upgrading into new firmware version, or disable  High Efficiency  but after i apply that, it just made it worse, i hope someone here can help me to check where i do wrong. My virtual controller running 8.11.2.1_88699 SSR (Digitally Signed - Production Build) firmware.

    some solution that i will try is to split all 104 AP into 4 virtual controller, i don't know if it will works but if anyone has other suggestion it would be great,

    the latest firmware in 8.11.x is 8.11.2.2, so you may want to try that.

    also have you enabled AppRF?

    I'd update the drivers on the client device if only one user/device is complaining about an issue.

    at first i thought it was client device problem, but after further investigate i detect that the whole building got a problem with MS teams if using wifi connection. before this also we faced some of this problem with cisco AP, and after update client device the problem settled, but in this case, most of the user complaining the same thing so maybe there's some setting or firmware upgrade that we didn't implement yet.

    try the AppRF approach and we could also see the channels utils for 2.4/5GHz

    I take it most of the clients are on 5GHz band?

    check if you are using 20MHz or 40MHz channel widths.

    and finally how many APs are there per floor per building.

    yeah most of the client are on 5 Ghz band,

    where to check 20 mhz or 40 mhz channel widths? i already enable the 80 mhz support and set 160 Mhz to auto .

    each floor has 6 AP per floor but certain floor got like 18 AP

    just uncheck the 80MHz i your screenshot.

    did you enable AppRF ?

    yes i already enable appRF. 

    ok i already uncheck the 80 mhz.
