If sites are fully isolated (L2), then having the same VLAN scheme for each of your sites sounds fine.
It also depends a bit how complex your sites are; not sure if there is a single best practice, however sharing VLAN IDs (or VLAN Names) across different sites will make it easier to share policies that put clients in a specific VLAN.
