New HPE MSR954 router

    I have a new HPE MSR954 router with version 7.1.059 firmware.
    How can i access the web gui for this router?
    if there is no web gui, can i use this router to configure site-to-site VPN with a fortigate firewall ?
    from the console session, i can see that the router is fresh out of the box.

    You can find the MSR954 documentation here. I'm not sure if there is a Web GUI.
