Is the server 192.168.10.10 configured for SNTP? It seems it is not responding.
If you are sure the server is an NTP server, and operational, I would run a packet capture to see where the NTP traffic is lost; most times that is easiest on the NTP server...

What is the reason behind spending energy to obfuscate (not even to hide!) a very common private IP address instead of using the same amount of energy - and saving few unfruitful posts about clarifying "who is who" - to provide important details that can be used to help you immediately? That's a mistery.

There is no NTP server at 1.1.1.1; configure a proper IP address for your NTP server.

My Core switch 8212zl, I found,
time change automatically to year 90.
I 01/03/90 09:29:28 02631 SNTP: AM2: Server not found at 1.1.1.1.
I 01/03/90 09:29:28 00414 SNTP: AM2: Unable to reach configured SNTP servers
I check the server already running and also ping.
How to fix?
