OnGuard Agent Posture Info is showing nothing

    Hi,

    We have implemented OnGuard and for all the agents Posture Info showing "No details available" under Monitoring>OnGuard Activity and it listing all the agents status. But when i click on any agent for posture Info, it is showing nothing.

    Any Idea on this. Please help us with this.

    Do you see the WEBAUTH requests for OnGuard in Access Tracker? Do that your clients post the posture state?

     

    Have you configured OnGuard globally to do health checking? Not just authentication?

    Hello Herman,

    Help me please.
    I am having the configuration for the wireless system as below.
    I don't see WEBAUTH requests for OnGuard in Access Tracker when use WiFi network card, that makes me not get Posture token, it is Unknow.
    But when i use physical ethernet network it works fine and i get Posture token Healthy.
    Please give me advice where am I missing or wrong
