I am reading a few different ways to do this.  Ultimately I want to upgrade our Airwave appliance from 8.2.9.1.to 8.3.0.1.   I am sure that all options will worf if executed correctly.

Question1).   How may I determine the version of Cent OS?

Question2):  How may I upload a new version to Aruba to the current airwave server, so it can be available when I choose to upgrade from 8.2.9.

Question3:  How  may I find or use the existing SFTP users to donlaoad and upload backup images?

For the upgrade to 8.2.15.1, the answers are in the Release Notes Upgrade Section.

Q1: Check the Verify Current CentOS Version item under the upgrade section.

Q2/Q3: You can either provide your login credentials to ASP and let Airwave download the upgrade package; or create an SCP user and use SFTP/SCP to get the package uploaded to your server. More info on the SCP/SFTP user is under Step 3 (Export the backup) in the release notes Upgrade section.
