Reset 3810M

    Hey all,

    I am trying to factory reset a 3810M switch, I do not have the user/password to console into the switch. I have tried to figure out how to do a factory reset and any documentation that I am finding says to do the reset/clear button approach. The 3810M does not have a reset or clear button for me to push to reset the switch. The model is JL076A. Is there a way to 'trick' the switch or to do the factory reset since I do not have the login credentials and there is no clear/reset button for me to push?
