Silverpeak Orchestrator ip whitelist failure

    I have created an API Key and whitelisted it to 10.0.0.0/8

    When I run my code I get:

    "024-03-28 12:44:07,587 - orch_burnsmcd-orch-use1.silverpeak.cloud - ERROR - [GET] /gmsserver/briefInfo | Received HTTP 401 | Response text: IP address is not in API Key whitelist: 10.255.35.26"

    Wouldn't that address be in the allowed whitelist?

Please contact TAC support for assistance and they will get you the help you need for this question. Another suggestion would be to test a smaller subnet and see of the /8 is causing the issue.
