I Have one Single common user in AD and different 40 VLANS in my company. can I access network from any VLANS from that single user.

What are the config for the same?

We have applied 802.1X wired for all VLANS also.

You posted in the Community Feedback, which is not the best place for such a question.

What VLANs a user can reach is determined by the routing and/or firewalling that you have in place.

802.1X just allows a user to the network and can put it in a role or specific VLAN. Depending on the role and/or access setup from that VLAN, that is what the user can access.
