Have you tried it using WPA2-Personal? If that works then check to see if you have WPA3 Transition turned on with WPA3-Personal.

Could be a few reasons for this......

What is the firmware of the APs and the region of the APs (e.g ROW, US?)?

Have you also set the country code for the APs?

Did you also assign a radio profile to the APs?

What is the output of 'show ap bss-table' ?

your screenshots shows that the radios are disabled. Are you physically next to the APs if so is the AP's radio LED red in colour?

what AP model is this and is it getting enough PoE?

one thing to do is that to enable Intelligent Power Monitoring (IPM)

    AP-555 and now is

one thing to do is that to enable Intelligent Power Monitoring (IPM)

I enabled the IPM, but the radio still disabled.

AP-555 does not support 802.3 af power source. it is mentioned in the datasheet.

so i must use 802.3bt as the power source input?

that would be ideal but you can also use 802.3at poe sources with IPM, which you have now enabled.

    check the datasheet for details
