How can we secure a network against a malicious user connecting a bridging or NAT device to an SSID? I.e. they connect to SSID-A using a router that then bridges to SSID-B allowing them to connect multiple devices or they connect to SSID-A using a router that NATs clients on SSID-B to SSID-A. Such as devices discussed here Travel Router for Hotel WiFi : r/Stadia (reddit.com) or discussed in this article How to Share a Hotel's Single Wi-Fi Connection With All Your Devices (howtogeek.com).

About the only option is to monitor for rogues/suspected rogues using RAPIDS.
