Hello, I have a question about poe. I have some IAP-315 and need to power over ethernet. Almost everything works good, but power status is 802.3af. Is it necessary to switch on/off something to get full power of APs?

I used poe injector U-POE-at (product list https://dl.ubnt.com/datasheets/poe/PoE_Adapters_DS.pdf) that I had in my office. Could it be caused by wrong type of injector?

Thank for help or type of solution!

The 315 will run in restricted mode when powered by 802.3af and Intelligent Power Monitoring (IPM) is not enabled.  Enable IPM for the AP to operate normally under most circumstances.

You need to enable IPM, not disable.

Yes, that was my mistake. But how i could enable it? Is it possible without console? If not, how to use console port?

Enable Terminal Access in the Advanced Settings under Configuration > System and then SSH into the AP.

    https://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/Instant_810_WebHelp/Content/instant-ug/prov-iap/access-iap-cli.htm

Then use the information from the link Carson sent to configure and enable IPM.
