    Hello,

    so we changed our email address on asp.arubanetworks.com from **********e@mydomain.com to ********a@mydomain.com and waiting for approval. Who may I contact in order to get the join request approved?

    Probably best to call TAC: https://www.arubanetworks.com/support-services/contact-support

    The admin approval may be needed from your company admin if you requested a partner account, but TAC can likely find out where this is stuck if you call them.
