The AP-615 is not supported in Pakistan. Once the AP is supported, there should be a DRT update, the most recent DRT does not even show the AP-615 for Pakistan.
Best to work with your Aruba partner or local Aruba SE to get more information if support is possible/planned for your country.

My Access point 615 are on-boarded, However they are not advertising SSID.
Allowed channel are none on AP.
AP 2.4GHz and % GHz light are amber.
