Unable to connect to the WiFi

Hello, we've encountered a strange problem where users on a specific area of the floor are unable to connect to the WiFi, receiving a "can't connect to network" error. It doesn't seem to be a network issue, as the WiFi connection itself is not being established. However, the same devices can connect without issues when moved to a different location. All our access points are managed by the same virtual controller. I'm at a loss for what could be causing this.

I would recommend you open a case with TAC to troubleshoot.

Is this a new situation?  When did the issue start?  Were any changes made?  Got any new neighbors?  Perhaps someone is acting maliciously?

    Hello,

have you taken a look at the spectrum in that area?  or completed a packet capture.  I am interested in the cause of this issue.
