    Hello,

Given that (Port Trunk) Trk1 is made of 1/10 + 2/10 and Trk2 is made of 1/12 + 2/12, the first question is: where are connected those Trk1 and Trk2 logical interfaces? in other terms where are connected 1/10 + 2/10 (both physical members of Trk1) and 1/12 + 2/12 (both physical members of Trk2), respectively? What peer devices are involved?

Can you post the outputs of:

    show trunks ethernet 1/10,2/10
    show trunks ethernet 1/12,2/12

    and the (sanitized) outputs of:

show lldp info remote-device ethernet 1/10,2/10
show lldp info remote-device ethernet 1/12,2/12

The above to having a minimum understanding of involved connections.

Here we imply that 1/10 and 2/10 (exactly as 1/12 and 2/12) are qualified to form a LACP port trunk respecting restrictions and requirements imposed by a LACP links aggregation deployment.

Both 10 and 12 ports are connected to upstream 2 FortiGate devices  Port10 & 12 which are aggregated as LAN port
    Load Balancing Method: L3-based (default)

    If I enter

show lldp info remote-device It's shows downstream Synergy enclosure.
