upgrade switch 3810 firmware

    copy usb flash filename.swi to secondary,  it asking over write "Y"  after it completes sh flash still the file.  can someone advise?

    That is hard to tell without seeing the command output. Your firmware file may be corrupt, or the USB cannot be properly read; or it can be something different. Understanding the timing, like if the prompt returns immediately or after longer time may indicate if the file is actually transferred. Logs (show log -r) should provide more information.
