VIA- can ping/tracert internal server but can't vice versa. SIP call can't be initiated.

    Hi, 

    First time to post and new to VIA settings. I would appreciate it if you could help me out.

    The VIA works fine, remote users could access to internal network and Internet. Don't apply any firewall to block any traffic. 

    There is a SIP server in the internal network. The SIP client in the remote computer can't initiate calls but can ping and tracert the SIP server. Tried ping/tracert from the internal SIP server to the SIP client running on the remote computer, it fails. It could only reach the gateway. 

    questions: is there a need to configure a firewall policy or static route to allow internal network to reach the VIA IP pool? If so, how?
