    We bought Aruba 635-il  and we was surprised that the AP do not broadcast in any radio as the 2.4GHZ and 5Ghz is not enabled yet aldo the 6Ghz
    i understand  that the 6Ghz maybe need regulation approval but why the 2.4Ghz and the 5Ghz

    Have you tried to update the DRT file and set the country code for the Virtual Controller?

    Are you managing with Aruba Central, or local management on the VC?

    Its manged by cluster of Controllers with mobility conductor

    Have you checked what regulatory domain profile is set under the AP Group settings. Also, do the controllers you have them terminating to have the same country code? You would want to make sure they are IL controllers.

    Do you have your VLAN assignment for the SSID configured. That can cause issues with the SSID being broadcast. If so, have you opened a case with TAC yet? I would suggest that next.

    The lastest DRT will not help u - dosent contain 635 in Israel.
    The lastest 8.9.0.3 using older DRT and also dosent support 635 in Israel
    Contact Aruba TAC please.

    It appears we may have missed adding support for AP-635 in Israel in the DRT file. I don't see AP-635 support listed in the latest DRT release notes: https://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/DRT-PDFs/Aruba-DRT-1.0_84345-Release-Notes.pdf
    We do have certs (for 2.4GHz and 5GHz), so this should be a simple fix in the DRT. I've requested this to be done in the next update (new DRT versions are released roughly every 2 weeks).

    After checking with our regulatory team, the issue was confirmed, but we just missed the deadline for the upcoming DRT release. IL support (for 2.4GHz and 5GHz) for AP-635 will be added in the DRT file that is schedule to be available on July 22.

    Product would need to pass all regulatory requirements (and possibly tests) before we can add 6GHz to the DRT, but we're certainly working on that.
