    Good morning to all.

    I need your help very much.

    I have a current problem in which you have a client that has the monitoring tool AIRWAVE, like all its implementation is with ARUBA, the problem that has been occurring is that it loses communication to the internet, while the internal equipment if you have communication.

    My question is, is there an alert that can be configured in the airwave where it indicates when the communication to the internet is lost or when the network stops working.

    I am new with Aruba and when the solution approach was made they commented that this tool would do it.

    Note: we have AP, CONTROLLER, SWITCHES,
    platforms: ClearPass, Mobility master and airwave.

    I hope someone has had a similar problem and what solution they have found.
