Can i use PayPal Express and Wirecard as transaction processor in CPPM?

In the list of hotspot transaction processor in CPPM, i do not see PayPal Express/Wirecard. How can i use them as transaction processor?

From 6.5.4 version of ClearPass, we have added PayPal Express as well WireCard to the list of available transaction processors.
