How can i create a Insight report for Expired Guest users/accounts?

Requirement:

As a network admin, if i wish to create a report for all the expired guest user accounts/users, then how to achieve this?



Solution:

From ClearPass 6.6.2, we have included a new report for Guest-Expired, which can you used to obtain a Insight report for all the expired ClearPass guest user/accounts.



Configuration:

In order to use this report, please navigate to Insight > Reports > Create New Report.

 

In the Category drop-down list select Guest Authentication, and then select the Guest - Expired option



Verification

After creating the insight report, we can see an output as following, which shows the expired guest accounts (for the selected date/time):
