How do I get a port configured in forced remediation, with VLAN defined, to switch an “at risk” client to the quarantine VLAN?

Jun 30, 2014 09:46 PM

Product and Software: This article applies to all ECS product and software versions.

Ensure that Quarantine VLAN Switching is enabled:

1) From the NAC GUI, go to the Topology view.

2) Click the NAC appliance icon (for example, Campus Manager) and right-click Properties.

3) Click the Quarantine tab.

4) Set Quarantine VLAN Switching to Enabled and click Apply.

5) Verify that the port switches an at-risk user to the quarantine VLAN. If not, contact Customer Service.
