How to reset ClearPass server certificates from CLI?

Requirement:

The ClearPass server certificates can be reset from CLI (appadmin access).

 



Solution:

Issue the command "system reset-server-certificate" to reset the certificates.



Configuration:

Login to the server CLI as appadmin and execute the command.

It prompts to select if you want to reset both HTTPS and RADIUS certificate or any one of them. This command also requires restart of all Policy Manager services.

 



Verification

After the reset, we could see the self-signed certificate (with hostname as CN) installed/overwriting the previous certificate.
