How to resolve " Performance Monitoring is not enabled on any server in the cluster" Error on CPPM GUI

Environment Information : This applies to CPPM 6.3 code

 

Symptoms : Below is the error seen on the WebUI of CPPM.

Cause : This error is seen because the "Performance Monitoring Display" is not enabled. Please navigate to "Administration » Server Manager » Server Configuration" on CPPM GUI and enable the below option.

Resolution :

 

In CPPM 6.3, a new Performance Monitoring feature is added.

Details about this feature.

1: New Data Collection and Statistics Presentation Process/Service
2: Runs on every box by default unless disabled

6.3 automatically has two extra services as shown below which are enabled by default.

Please start these services if they are not running.
