Environment : This article applies to Aruba Airmesh routers.

NO. Aruba Airmesh MST200 cannot be used as indoor AP as it comes with integrated directional antenna. Indoor Access Point need to come with omini antennas as the signal pattern is wide spread and client can easily connect from any direction.

But, in case if you want to use MST200 for indoor point-to-point link then make sure you change the installation type to indoor. The default for MSR1200 is Indoor and the default for MSR2000, MSR4000, and MST200 is Outdoor. Below image shows the CLI commands to enable the installatio-type as indoor:

NOTE: Change in this setting requires a router reboot to take effect.
